Four questions about budgets

What happens to budget I don't use?

Topped-up balance never expires, so it simply carries into next month. A monthly plan's quota lasts 30 days; whatever is left when it ends does not carry over.

Can I put a ceiling on my spending?

Yes. You can never spend more than you put in: when the balance runs out, calls stop (it can dip at most $0.1389 below zero), nothing renews by itself and no card is kept on file. Monthly plans also have a 7-day ceiling that spreads the quota out.

Does my balance expire?

No. Balance has no end date; only monthly plans run for 30 days. The welcome credit stays too, though it can't be refunded or withdrawn.

How do I get a refund?

Within 5 days of a top-up, the unused part can be refunded, minus what was used and any payment fee. Ask through Contact or Messages in your dashboard; we handle it within 3 working days.
